As the former owner of Rural Health Clinics, encompassing Physical Therapy and Home Health services, Richard led clinical operations, managed cross-functional teams, and navigated complex healthcare regulations—all while delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

In addition, Richard has extensive experience in international business and manufacturing, managing cross-border partnerships, production oversight, and supply chain strategies. Complementing this global expertise is a strong background in federal business development, where he has successfully driven initiatives related to government contracts, compliance, and strategic proposal development for agencies across the U.S. federal landscape.
