Specializing in leasing and sales in Mexican industrial, office, and retail property markets.  Focusing on representation of foreign companies for projects throughout Mexico.  Project management, joint venture analysis, feasibility studies, and financial analysis. 

Local Market Leadership with World Class Connection. Her interest has always been supporting international companies seeking to invest and develop in Mexico. She began her professional career through the public sector and currently, working independently, she has participated in more than 40 projects throughout her career.

Having studied in several countries and mastered their languages, the international field was her strong suit. Upon returning from abroad, she worked in Monterrey, Nuevo León, for several years at the following agencies: the National Foreign Trade Council (CONACEX), the Economic Development Secretariat of the State of Nuevo León, and the National Bank of Foreign Trade (BANCOMEXT).

In this last position, she was asked to move to Reynosa, Tamaulipas, where she grew up, and opened Bancomext offices to serve the entire state. This is where her interest in industrial real estate development was born. She began working as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Northeast Region for FINSA Grupo Arguelles, gaining the opportunity to work in Tamaulipas, Nuevo León, and Coahuila. With the experience of working alongside a developer, he joined NAI GLOBAL in 2001, a leading global firm in industrial and commercial brokerage covering Northeast Mexico. In 2017, he founded his own company, CRE International Solutions, providing the same service and collaborating with more international firms.
