He currently serves on the boards of Beggs Cattle Company, Ranchbot, Frontiers Market, the American Quarter Horse Association, the National Ranching Heritage Center, and the Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, and was appointed by the Governor of Texas to the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board.
Clement holds a B.A. from Goucher College and an MBA (Magna Cum Laude) from Cornell University. He and his wife, Paige, live in South Texas with their children, where they continue the family tradition of raising cattle and horses.
